After a brief shopping trip to the Shuk (open market) we all headed over to the Kotel. Before we actually approached the wall, the whole group sat in a circle and shared their feelings about being in the old city. We wrote down our personal prayers and headed to the wall. Being at the wall was truly inspiring...so massive and holy! After our notes were in the wall, we backed away from the Kotel and went to leave. This was one of the most religious experiences of my life and I hope that despite that the space in the wall was divided, the girls had an amazing experience as well.
